Warranty periods
The GWM range of vehicles is covered either by a 7-Year/200 000 km, or a 5-Year/100 000 km Warranty, whichever of the time or distance limits occurs first.
In addition, GWM’s new energy vehicles, both full electric and HEV, are covered by an additional 8-Year/150 000 km Battery System Warranty.
Your GWM warranty provides peace of mind and protects you against any unforeseen costs or failures due to manufacturing defects, defective materials or workmanship, under normal operation and service, excluding any wear and tear, accident damage or owner maintenance. Under the warranty, any necessary repairs are done at no cost to you.
This Warranty applies and will be valid only on vehicles where all servicing, maintenance, corrosion inspections and replacement of parts, are carried out in accordance with the specific GWM Service Schedule for the specific vehicle, and at the prescribed service interval (e.g. every 15 000 km or 12 months) – recording of such services on the service schedule is also mandatory.
The Body and Corrosion Warranty applies and is valid on a vehicle, only if all warranty-related body and paint defects, including insurance-covered vehicle accident repairs, are carried out at a GWM Approved Body Repairer.

Service Plan
GWM vehicles are covered by a variety of Service Plans, ranging from 3-Year/40 000 km to 10-Year/100 000 km.
GWM Service Plans provide hassle-free peace-of-mind motoring and scheduled servicing to help manage your vehicle’s service costs, as well as maintain your vehicle's precious authenticity and value.
Paying today's prices for tomorrow's servicing ensures financial peace of mind throughout the plan, covering servicing, labour and component replacements without unexpected costs.
Remember, you have an option to extend or upgrade your standard service plan through a GWM Dealer.
