GWM Diagnostics
Specialised GWM tools and diagnostic equipment let us pinpoint faults accurately and load the latest software and product updates for your vehicle.
Protect Your Warranty
Servicing at the prescribed intervals, recorded in your service schedule, keeps your GWM warranty valid and helps protect your vehicle’s value.
Why On-Time Servicing Matters
During every scheduled service your vehicle is inspected, and components are replaced or maintained at the correct time and mileage. This keeps your GWM economical, reliable and durable for years to come.
Late or missed services cause premature wear and can lead to long-term damage. Your vehicle may also be due for a safety recall, product update or software update – and if it isn’t presented for service on time, it could start to develop drivability concerns.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should my GWM be serviced?
Most GWM and HAVAL models are serviced every 15 000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first.
On the latest P-Series bakkies (P300 and P500 2.4 diesel), the first service is due at 10 000 km or 12 months, followed by a service every 15 000 km or 12 months. Diesel Steed models are serviced every 10 000 km or 12 months.
Your service schedule shows the exact intervals for your vehicle – or simply contact us and we’ll confirm.
What does my Service Plan cover?
A GWM Service Plan covers your scheduled services – servicing, labour and component replacements – for the duration of the plan. Paying today’s prices for tomorrow’s servicing means no financial surprises.
You also have the option to extend or upgrade your standard service plan through a GWM dealer. Ask our service advisors about the options for your vehicle.
How do I keep my warranty valid?
Your GWM warranty applies only to vehicles where all servicing, maintenance, corrosion inspections and replacement of parts are carried out according to the GWM Service Schedule for your vehicle, at the prescribed service interval. Recording each service in the service schedule is also mandatory.
The Body and Corrosion Warranty applies only if warranty-related body and paint defects, including insurance-covered accident repairs, are carried out at a GWM Approved Body Repairer.
What should I bring when I drop off my vehicle?
Please bring your service book or service schedule, your locking wheel nut key (if fitted) and a note of any concerns or noises you’ve noticed. Remember to remove valuables from the vehicle. Our service advisor will go through the work with you before we start.
